Confidence up among Europe’s research agencies

EFAMRO, the European Research Federation, has published the second round of results for its Moodindicator project. Data was collected by national associations and efamro in quarter 1 of 2014 and 170 companies in 12 countries participated.

In the latest EFAMRO Moodindicator data, 54% of respondents said that their agencies’ research revenues will be higher in the year ahead than in 2013. This is a 10 point improvement over six months earlier.

While expectations for growth in the national market remained muted, over the last 12 months the net positive score has improved from -12 to +14.
